People talk about working smarter and not harder but what does that even mean?
Why do some people easily manifest everything they desire and yet others are working multiple jobs and burning themselves out and they still can't seem to make ends meet?
How come some people are super productive and motivated and others struggle with procrastination and self sabotage?
Many of the answers lie in the subconscious programming you received about your world
from parents and caregivers prior to the age of 8.
Just like we haven't really thought about how to walk since we mastered the skill at age 1,
we don't think to re-evaluate the information we absorbed about safety, self worth, relationships, body image or money, before we were aware enough to fully understand it.
You may think that you are in control of your actions but take notice the next time something happens and your reaction is disproportionate to the event and you'll start to realise that your nervous system is running the show, and until you go back to the source and upgrade the program, you will continue to experience the same difficulties.
Fortunately, in the 1990's Gary Craig developed Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), also known as EFT Tapping. He realised that tapping on the acupressure points on the meridians of the body can help to balance energy and reduce physical and emotional pain. In the years since, many studies have been done to understand and replicate his results with all of them demonstrating a drop in a person's cortisol levels and a calming of the fight or flight response whilst Tapping.
Emotional Freedom Techniques have been used extensively with people suffering from PTSD and anxiety and in a majority of cases, the client has shown significant improvement. EFT Tapping has been used to effectively treat phobias, cravings, weight fluctuations, trauma, grief, limiting beliefs, pain, insomnia and more. Many people now also use EFT Tapping for motivation, memory improvement and performance enhancement. With no documented negative side effects, mastering the basics of EFT Tapping is an essential life skill in the modern age.
Emotional Freedom Techniques are easy to learn and require no special equipment so anyone can use EFT tapping to manage mild anxiety and everyday stress. When tackling more complex issues, long held belief systems, unconscious programs and trauma, it is recommended to work with a licensed EFT Practitioner who can provide additional emotional support and guidance during the process.
If you are ready to break out of your old patterns and start creating the amazing life you deserve, let's get started today.
